Guanidine-annelated heterocycles XVI. A practical synthesis of 7-chloro-4-phenylamino[1,2,4]triazoloquinazolin-5(4H)-ones.

[摘要]：Triazolo[2,3-a]quinazolin-5(4H)-ones can be prepd. via Dimroth rearrangement by treatment of 6-chloro-2-hydrazino-3-phenylaminoquinazolin-4-one with RC(OEt)3 [R = H, Me, Et] by heating at 40 癈 more elevated temp. than the prepn. of their triazolo[4,3-a] isomers.
