Synthesis of New Tetrahydro-1,5-benzodiazepin-3-yl-2-phenylacetamides via Isocyanide-Based Multicomponent Reactions

[摘要]：New tetrahydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-phenylacetamides were synthesized in good yields by a four-component reaction of benzylidene Meldrum's acid, benzene-1,2-diamines, isocyanides, and water in CH2Cl2 at room temperature.
