[摘要]：Wolff rearrangement of a-diazo sulfoxides was induced by microwave irradn. forming a-oxo sulfines. The outcome of the transformation was similar to the outcome under thermal conditions, with no evidence of specific microwave effects. Critically, this methodol. allows generation of these synthetically useful a-oxo sulfines in the absence of a transition-metal catalyst. Confirmation of the stereochem. of the a-oxo sulfines was undertaken by trapping as Diels-Alder cycloadducts indicating that the (Z)-oxo sulfines are the kinetic products but rearrange to the thermodynamically favored (E)-oxo sulfines in the absence of a diene trap during their formation. |
