[摘要]：Cross-coupling reactions provide versatile strategies for preparing hydrolytically stable C-glycosides and C-nucleoside analogues, which are of interest in the search for new biologically active molecules. Several types of cross-coupling reactions have been studied, including Heck, Suzuki, Stille and Negishi couplings. The aim of this work is to review the state-of-the-art in that sort of reactions applied to the synthesis of C-glycosides and related compounds. |
