Study of Ring-Opening Reaction of Spiro[5.2]octenes with Aqueous Hydrohalic Acid: Substituent Effect on the Regioselectivity

[摘要]：We describe here the regioselective ring-opening reaction of spiro[5.2]octenes with hydrohalic acids. It was observed that the electronic nature of a substituent on the cyclopropane ring would control the regioselectivity.
