[摘要]：Bromodifluoro(phenylsulfanyl)methane undergoes a Friedel-Crafts-type alkylation, through alpha-fluorocarbocations, with activated aromatic compounds yielding thioesters and/or benzophenones. The methodology has been applied to the synthesis of naturally occurring xanthone derivatives. |
