Towards an Efficient Preparation of Hydromorphone

[摘要]：Dihydromorphone was prepared from morphine in high yield, excellent purity, and low residual metal content. The key steps used palladium on porous glass and a modified Oppenauer oxidation, or Wilkinson's catalyst.
