[摘要]：A stereoselective synthesis of clonostachydiol is accomplished using readily available (?-epichlorohydrin as a precursor. The synthesis involves direct and straightforward reactions such as Sharpless asym. epoxidn., iodination, stereoselective opening of epoxide with allylmagnesium chloride, and Sharpless asym. dihydroxylation.
