[摘要]：In this issue of Structure, Carafoli et al. investigate the mode of antibody-mediated inhibition of the discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1). These studies also provide new insight into activation of the DDRs, which are unique among receptor tyrosine kinases in the composition of their extracellular regions. |
