[摘要]：This review provides detailed methods for the synthesis of pyrimidopyrimidine derivatives and their biological properties as uptake inhibitors. The main accent was put on the important findings in pyrimidopyrimidine chemistry and is useful for developing tumor growth inhibitors based on pyrimidopyrimidine.
