Molecular Clip Based on Diphenylglycoluril and Catechol: Promising Building Block of Supramolecular Structures

[摘要]：A new diphenylglycoluril-based molecular clip containing catechol moieties was synthesized using protection-deprotection protocol. The structure and conformation of the new molecular clip and its methoxy precursor were further confirmed by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction.
