[摘要]:, 72, 73 The synthesis and photophys./electrochem. properties of novel starburst triarylamine-based org. dyes and their application in dye-sensitized nanocryst. TiO2 solar cells (DSSCs) are presented. For these dyes the starburst triarylamine group and the cyanoacetic acid are the electron donors and electron acceptors resp. The introduction of starburst triarylamine group to form a D-D-p-A configuration improved performance over the simple D-p-A configuration, due to bathochromically extended absorption spectra, enhanced molar absorptivities and better thermo-stability. HOMO and LUMO energy levels tuning can be accomplished by changing the donor moiety - confirmed by electrochem. measurements and theor. calcns. DSSCs based on the S4 dye showed the best photovoltaic performance: a max. monochromatic incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE) of 85%, a Jsc of 13.8 mA/cm2, a Voc of 0.63 V and a fill factor of 0.69, corresponding to an overall conversion efficiency of 6.02% under 100 mW/cm2 irradn. The dyes based on starburst triphenylamine donors can improve the performance of DSSCs. |
