Sulfinimine-mediated asymmetric synthesis of acyclic and cyclic a-aminophosphonates.

[摘要]：Nucleophilic addn. of dialkylphosphites to S-tert-butylsulfinimines proceeds smoothly at room temp. in the presence of potassium carbonate or potassium fluoride, affording acyclic a-alkyl-a-aminophosphonates and a series of cyclic a-aminophosphonates in good chem. yields and modest to high diastereoselectivities.
