[摘要]：A new, practical route to 1-acyl-2-substituted naphthalenes has been developed by benzoguinone-promoted ZnI2-catalyzed benzannulation of 2-alkynylbenzaldehydes with alkenes This method allows three new bonds, two C=C bonds and one C=O bond, to be constructed in a single reaction.
