A label-free electrical detection of exosomal microRNAs using microelectrode array

[摘要]：We report a method for detecting microRNAs encapsulated in exosomes using a microelectrode array in semiconductor-based potentiometry after RT-PCR. The inherent miniaturization of the electrical biosensor meets requirements for massively parallel analysis of circulating microRNA as a noninvasive biomarker.
