Synthesis of a homologous series of side-chain-extended orthogonally protected aminooxy-containing amino acids.

[摘要]：Practical methodol. is reported for the synthesis of a homologous series of side chain-extended amino acids (S)-Fmoc-NHCH[(CH2)nONHR]CO2H (R = Boc, n = 1-6; R = Mtt, n = 1), which contain aminooxy functionality bearing orthogonal protection suitable for Fmoc peptide synthesis. These reagents may be useful for the prepn. of libraries contg. fragments joined by peptide linkers.
