Selective Metalation of 4,6-Dibromoresorcinol Dimethyl Ether with LiTMP

[摘要]：4,6-Dibromoresorcinol dimethyl ether was selectively metalated at C-5 with lithium tetramethylpiperidide (LiTMP). A rationale for the selective metalation is proposed.
