[摘要]：A moving-diode-method and a moving-profiler-method for laser diode astigmatism measurement are theoretically analyzed. A two-lens measurement setup that can reduce the laser beam to a geometric optics beam is proposed. The proposed setup can utilize geometric optics to analyze and thereby significantly simplify the measurement process for both methods.
