Direct Synthesis of N-Aryl Derivatives of Quinazolin-4(3H)-ones Employing Arylboronic Acids in the Presence of Cu(OAc)(2)

[摘要]：Copper-promoted N-arylation of quinazolin-4(3H)-ones with boronic acid at room temperature in the presence of air has been investigated. This method is general and can be applied to synthesizing derivatives of quinazolin-4(3H)-one with medicinal values.
