Development of Tartaric Acid Derived Hydrogen-Bond Donors

[摘要]：A flexible synthesis of bifunctional thiourea derivatives based on the TADDOL framework is described. Hydroxy as well as primary, secondary, and tertiary amino-substituted bifunctional hydrogen-bond donors were synthesized.
