[摘要]：An efficient iodocyclization reaction of a chiral Tfm-allylmorpholinone I (Tfm = trifluoromethyl) provides bicyclic intermediate II. II is converted in straightforward two steps to a-Tfm-proline III and in three steps to a-Tfm-dihydroxyproline IV. The methodologies developed are particularly well adapted for gram-scale synthesis of the above compds. and their enantiomers.
