[摘要]：A selective and facile method for the redn. of arom. azides to amines by employing borontrifluoride di-Et etherate and sodium iodide. This methodol. has been applied towards the prepn. of biol. important imine-contg. pyrrolobenzodiazepines and their dilactams through intramol. reductive-cyclization process. In this protocol the reagent systems are amenable for the generation of soln.-phase combinatorial synthesis.
