[摘要]：This brief considers the problem of passivity analysis for neural networks with both time-varying delays and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. For two types of time-varying delays, delay-dependent passivity conditions are derived, respectively. These conditions are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities. An example is provided to show the less conservatism of the proposed conditions. |
