[摘要]：A newly improved synthesis of a dibenzodioxocinone CETP inhibitor is described. Key features of the synthetic route include a chiral ligand induced alkyl addition to aldehyde and the use of triethylborane for improved selective alkylation of brominated phenyl ring. |
