Catalytic asymmetric electrophilic a-amination of a-cyanoketones in the presence of chiral palladium complexes.

[摘要]：The catalytic enantioselective electrophilic a-amination promoted by chiral palladium complexes is described. Treatment of a-cyano ketones with azodicarboxylates as electrophilic amination reagents under mild reaction conditions afforded the corresponding a-amino a-cyano ketones with excellent enantiomeric excesses (81-95% ee).
