Asymmetric Organocatalytic Conjugate Addition of Diarylphosphane Oxides to Chalcones

[摘要]：The first example of a convenient and enantioselective asymmetric conjugate addition of diarylphosphane oxides to chalcones is reported. By using commercially available dihydroquinine as the organocatalyst and diphenylphosphane oxide as the nucleophile, the adducts were isolated in high yield and up to 89% ee. The final adducts can be easily recrystallized to enantiopure material.
