[摘要]：Sequential sigmatropic rearrangements (Claisen/Claisen and Claisen/Overman) of enantiopure allylic diols are described. The reactions proceeded in complete diastereoselectivity without protecting group manipulations. The sequential Claisen/Overman rearrangement was successfully applied to the total synthesis of (-)-kainic acid. |
