A novel approach for the synthesis of highly fluorescent pyrrolo[1,2-b]pyridazines.

[摘要]：Pyrrolo[1,2-b]pyridazine derivs. were synthesized for the first time by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddn. reaction between mesoionic 1,3-oxazolo[3,2-b]pyridazinium 2-oxides and acetylenic dipolarophiles. The isolation and characterization of the stable mesoionic oxazolo[3,2-b]pyridazines are also presented.
