Three-Component Fischer Indole Synthesis

[摘要]：Three-component coupling between acyl chlorides, diazonium salts, and alcohols or amines allows the formation of alpha-hydrazono carboxylic acid derivatives which may be directly converted into indoles by a Fischer-type cylization.
