Syntheses of the tedanolides

[摘要]：This Highlight covers the synthetic contributions leading to the syntheses of tedanolide and 13-deoxytedanolide or the corresponding macrolactones, respectively. Additionally, the first SAR data for 13-deoxytedanolide (published by Fusetani) are presented.
