[摘要]：Doxorubicin-loaded PEG-PLGA-Au half-shell nanoparticles provide multifunctions, such as photothermal treatment, photothermally controlled drug delilvery, and in vivo optical imaging. In addition, the combined doxorubicin and photothermal treatments using these multifunctional nanoparticles show synergistic therapeutic effects.
