A Highly Regioselective Palladium-Catalyzed Hydrophosphination of Alkynes Using a Diphosphine-Hydrosilane Binary System.

[摘要]A novel transition-metal-catalyzed hydrophosphination of terminal alkynes using a diphosphine-hydrosilane binary system takes place regioselectively to provide vinylic phosphines, which undergo air oxidn. during workup, affording the corresponding vinylphosphine oxides in good yields. In this hydrophosphination, hydrosilanes act as a useful H source, and also, small amts. of O is required to accomplish the reaction efficiently. E.g., reaction of Me2CH(CH2)2CYCH with (Ph2P)2/Et2SiMeH in the presence of 5 mol% Pd(PPh3)4 in C6D6 at 80? to give 99% yield of Me2CH(CH2)2C(:CH2)P(O)Ph2.
