Stereocontrolled a-alkylation of oxime ether derived from terpene: efficient synthesis of new chiral g- and d-amino alcohols.

[摘要]：The alkylation of (+)-nopinone oxime ether I with various electrophiles afforded the corresponding adduct with a total stereoselectivity. Further redn. of the oxime ether afforded an easy access to new chiral g- and d-amino alcs., e.g. II, of high interest for catalysis and asym. synthesis.
