[摘要]:Vertically oriented CuInS2 nanosheet thin films were prepared via a facile one-step solvothermal process and used in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) as counter electrodes. The catalytic activity of the CuInS2 films based on different precursor concentrations was investigated using electrochemical methods. DSSCs based on optimized CuInS2 thin film as counter electrodes reached a power conversion efficiency of 6.33%, comparable to that of sputtering Pt (6.07%). |
