Synthesis of 4-Hydroxy-2-oxazolidinones Catalyzed by Tin Alkoxides

[摘要]：Synthesis of 4-hydroxy-2-oxazolidinone derivatives was accomplished from the reaction of a-hydroxy ketones with isocyanates in the presence of a catalytic amount of a tin alkoxide. The reactions proceeded under mild conditions and are highly atom economical.
