[摘要]：The first phosphine-catalyzed multicomponent tandem Strecker-gamma-umpolung-addition reaction has been developed, which provides a facile access to functionalized allylic alpha-aminonitriles. The reaction is highly efficient, rapid, versatile and economical, and it is hoped that it will find great practical application in organic synthesis. |
