Diversity-Oriented Synthesis of Spiro- and Fused Azacycles from Ketone Molecular Templates

[摘要]：A new diversity-oriented synthesis (DOS) methodology was developed to generate different types of azacycles (oxazinones, oxazolidinones, and morpholines) from beta-amino diols, which can be easily obtained from ketones. Considering the large number of natural products and synthetic templates bearing a ketone functionality, this DOS methodology opens the door to the exploration of chemical space regions around the ketone and will favor the discovery of bioactive compounds.
