DDQ-Promoted C-S Bond Formation: Synthesis of 2-Aminobenzothiazole Derivatives under Transition-Metal-, Ligand-, and Base-Free Conditions

[摘要]：A transition-metal-free method for the intramolecular S-arylation of o-halobenzothiaoureas via DDQ-mediated leading to the 2-aminobenzothiazole derivatives is reported. The reactions are performed at room temperature under ligand-and base-free conditions with good to excellent yields.
