Aminocatalyzed asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction of 2,4-dienals and rhodanine/hydantoin derivatives

[摘要]：Aminocatalyzed asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction between 2,4-dienals and rhodanine/hydantoin derivatives via trienamine mechanism has been developed to synthesize various spirocyclic compounds with good yields (up to 98%) and excellent stereoselectivities (up to 99% ee and >19 : 1 dr).
