Neolignans from the Leaves of Casearia sylvestris SWARTZ

[摘要]：Six new neolignans, casearialignans A-F (1-6, resp.) and one known lignan syringaresinol-beta-D-glucoside were isolated from the leaves of Casearia sylvestris. Their structures were determined on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR, and HR-ESI-MS analyses. The relative and absolute configurations were determined by the value of the coupling constants and CD spectral analysis, respectively.
