Controlling and Measuring the Equilibration of Dynamic Combinatorial Libraries of Imines.

[摘要]：Imine formation is one of the most powerful methods for the construction of azamacrocycles, esp. when combined with Dynamic Combinatorial Chem. In this article, the possibility to control the reversible imination/macrocyclization of bis(2-aminoethyl) ether with 2,2-bis(5-formyl-2-furyl)propane was investigated. Careful NaBH4 redn. of the imine libraries allows to det. their compn. via HPLC anal. of the resulting amine mixt. In was shown that templates (such as NaClO4), reagent concns., as well as reaction conditions influence the library compn.
