[摘要]:Pd(II) b-oxoiminato phosphine complexes were used as catalysts for the Sonogashira coupling reaction. In the presence of very low amts. of the complexes, various aryl iodides and bromides were efficiently coupled with phenylacetylene even at room temp. Furthermore, the catalysts were also effective for the reactions of aryl chlorides. It is noteworthy that this catalyst system employed mild, efficient, aerobic, solvent-free, and Cu-free conditions. (Ph3P)MePd(MeC(O)CHCMe:NCH2C6H4OMe-2) (2a) is the preferred catalyst among 4 complexes. The crystal and mol. structures of 2a?/2CH2Cl2 were detd. by x-ray crystallog. |
