Cu(2)O Inverse Woodpile Photonic Crystals by Prism Holographic Lithography and Electrodeposition

[摘要]Copper(I) oxide (Cu(2)O) inverse woodpile structures with a complete photonic bandgap (PBG) at 765 nm are created by using single prism holographic lithography (HL) to form a polymeric template, followed by Cu(2)O electrodeposition and template removal. This is the first realization of an inverse woodpile structure exhibiting a complete PBG at or near the visible wavelengths.
