Total Synthesis of (?-Lysergic Acid, Lysergol, and Isolysergol by Palladium-Catalyzed Domino Cyclization of Amino Allenes Bearing a Bromoindolyl Group.

[摘要]：ergot alkaloids based on palladium-catalyzed domino cyclization of amino allenes was investigated. With this bis-cyclization as the key step, total synthesis of (?-lysergic acid I (R8a = H, R8b = CO2H), (?-lysergol I (R8a = H, R8b = CH2OH), and (?-isolyzergol I (R8a = CH2OH, R8b = H) was achieved.
