Synthesis of a Novel Series of 1,2,3-Triazole-Containing Artemisinin Dimers with Potent Anticancer Activity Involving Huisgen 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Reaction
[摘要]：A series of C-10 acetal triazolylartemisinin dimers were prepared via the Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cylcoaddition of artemisinin-derived terminal alkynes with 10 alpha-azidoartemisinin and various aliphatic and aromatic diazides. All the artemisinin dimers synthesized exhibited strong growth inhibition activity against several cancer cell lines.
