Stereoselective Total Synthesis of Pectinolide H

[摘要]：An efficient total synthesis of pectinolide H was achieved by using alkynylation, asymmetric reduction in the presence of a Corey-Bakshi-Shibata catalyst, and a Still-Gennari olefination as key steps.
