[摘要]：as I/TfOH, can effectively catalyze the direct aldol reactions of pyruvic derivs. with aldehydes. The reaction proceeded with excellent syn diastereoselectivities and enantioselectivities, thus functionally mimicking the pyruvate-dependent type I aldolases.
