A Formal Synthesis of (+/-)-Cephalotaxine via Pauson-Khand Reaction

[摘要]：A concise route toward the formal synthesis of (+/-)-cephalotaxine has been developed. An intermolecular Pauson-Khand reaction was adopted to construct the cyclopentenone ring efficiently with high regioselectivity.
