Synthesis of a Deoxyxylopuromycin Analogue

[摘要]：N-6-Bis-demethylated deoxyxylopuromycin was synthesized over six steps in 56% overall yield. The key steps are Mitsunobu reaction with DPPA and a Staudinger-Vilarrasa coupling.
