[摘要]：We describe in this paper the development of a novel diastereoselective cyclic imine cycloaddition strategy to access the polyhydroxylated indolizidine skeleton and its application in the concise syntheses of (+)-/(-)-lentiginosines and (-)-2-epi-steviamine.
